Bello, 25, disappeared Oct. 11, 1983.
"I
remember how she used to be so happy," the mother said. "She
was always helping others. She was so big-hearted."
She would
have turned 44 on Dec. 22, 2001.
Bello's
mother still has nightmares of her daughter's death.
They never
had a memorial. The grandparents couldn't bear it.
It took
1 year to find her remains.
